Symptoms

Customer reported sendmail save errors seen in logs.

2016-12-29 18:06:25 sendmail[24855] crit uBP053TY019632: SYSERR(root): savemail: cannot save rejected email anywhere

Cause

Problem existed from time of boot and it appears network services were not present at time of boot.

Solution

A restart of the smtp service stopped the errors from being seen.

This can be done in the bui in the configuration services smtp page.

Click on the double circle arrow icon for restart of service.
