Symptoms
" Automatic backup is not configured" error on GUI
Cause
The EPAP is non-prov and script in EPAP 16.1 checks for configured auto RTDB backup
There is no mechanism for configuration auto backup on non prov EPAP
Solution
Customer edited the /etc/cron.d/Ts.exap file and commented out the line for non-prov backup
