Symptoms

Under Configuration > Storage, after launching a scrub of the data pool the following error flashes on the screen:

"Storage pool ‘xxx’ could not be accessed due to an unknown error. But the pool’s data is likely recoverable.
Unconfigure storage and attempt to import the pool. If this fails, contact your service provider for assistance."

Cause

This is an erroneous message which can result from clicking the "scrub" button multiple times.

It is no cause for alarm and should simply be ignored.

Solution

If the error continues to flash on the screen, reloading the browser page will make it stop.

This display bug will be fixed in Appliance Firmware Release 2013.1.8.7 (AK8.7.0).
