CAP door keypad was working prior to exhibiting this new behavior.
CAP = Cartridge Access Port

Symptoms

Problem description:

Pressing CAP A Button cause both CAP A and B to open whether both are open or closed, or one is open and one is closed – both rotate.

Pressing CAP B Button only opens/closes CAP B as designed

Cause

Defective Keypad assembly

Solution

Replace the Keypad assembly... Part number.. 419802401 [F] Keypad Assembly
