Analysis of SL8500 Logs and was found the messages below, that the drive 1.2.1.1.4 was removed:

Cause

The field engineer was doing a tape drive replacement.
 

Solution

In display config of the others subsequent log snapshot show the changes in DMOD:

The status in library before the action:
1,2,1,1,4 34 572004004064 572000201171 T10000b StorageTek notPowered 1.52.206-5.30 10.30.11.190

After replace the Drive:
1,2,1,1,4 34 572004002553 unknown T10000b StorageTek empty 1.52.206-5.30 10.30.11.190

The field engineer input the Contract Serial number in Drive Tray.
