Symptoms

Some links are having congestion; it is impacting the SMS and LU messages

Cause

Links have regular Error rate issues on the received E1 signal (E1port n°3), and Timer T7 is expiring (delay in acknowledging)

The errors lead the link to go down and the T7 expiration is an additional factor for congestion on Eagle side.

Solution

To troubleshoot the delivered E1 signal to the links of the linkset, and check the transmission path to identify the responsible part
