Symptoms
MAP SM Session stopped updating after IXP from 9.X t 10.2 upgrade.
Only MAP TDR and MAP2 TDR will continue to work without DFP recreation.
Changes
System was upgraded to PIC 10.2
Cause
Bug 25063080 - Protocol upgrade do not add new needed intermediate builder.
Solution
Create a new build DFP with same parameters and swap the input stream of impacted OPERATE or STORE from hold dfp build by the new ones.
