Symptoms

SL500 is down, robot is offline.

Checked the logs and I found that the robot went down doing a fetch several times in CAP 0,3,1,8

Rebooted library twice and the library becomes ready but when trying to enter media through the CAP the library goes down.

Changes

Cause

 CAP magazine damage.

Solution

Found module 3 CAP and media not positioned correctly. The FE corrected it manually and the library is running fine.
