Symptoms

Error 9151 after Reset of SL150 during initialization and unable to generate Service Logs from SL150.

Messagem error

2016-11-07T13:19:49.107,9151,ROBOT_Z_LOCATE_SNSR_ALWAYS_OFF_EXP_MODULE_6,1,Module 1 Chassis,,,,,,,,,Check module 7 (expansion module 6) locate sensor, always blocked. Inspect/replace chassis.

Cause

Z sensor is unable to detect the robot in Expansion Module 6, it is always blocked.
 

Solution

Replaced the Expansion Module 6 and after that the library complete the initialization with success.
