Symptoms

 SL8500 DC power supplies 19,20,21,22 are not working after initial installation.  DC power supplies 23 and 24 are working properly.

Changes

 Initial installation.

Cause

 Cable J610-J320 between lower and upper modules is not properly seated.

Solution

Secured connector J610 and J320.

KB SL85000 - Common Build Issues (Doc ID 2111622.1) mentions:

"AC2 Rail power supplies in top slots 23-24 have green lights blinking, not fully enabled – Check short HBF1 to HBF2 interconnect cable J320 to J610"

Additional problem symptom is disabled power supplies 19,20,21 and 22.
