Symptoms

Cap ACS00 00:01:00 - LSM 8500 - Not go online. The customer tried several command to put off/on and CAP release command.
Below is the status of CAP:

Changes

 

Cause

The customer was ejecting one cartridge from SYSCELL to CAP. After that got this status. 

Solution

Via the SL8500 CLI port the field engineer issued the command below to solve the problem:

capCommand forceUnreserve <device address>
