Symptoms

Though calls are working fine, customer reports receiving the alarms, "ingress realm 'XYZ' not found,"  on regular basis.

Changes

 No changes made on the system or network.

Cause

The issue is that the configuration does not have steering-pool configured for the realm where the INVITE is received.

For the realm 'ABC' or 'XYZ' there is no corresponding steering-pool configured.

Thus, when we try to get the flow-ports for the same, you see the ALARM for "Ingress realm not found."

Solution

Configure the steering-pool for all the realms which are involved on the call.
