When attempting to enable HMP , it fails with:

Clicking on Enable in HMP reports error "Configuring HMP failed"

Have run the enable HMP as the security officer and it reports the same "Error Code = 2"

Strange about "SNMP Manager User Name = " on which there is no value.

This appears to be duplicate of:

20702402 - ilomconfig list system-summary cannot connect to BMC error

That says that upgrading the ILOM version to 3.2.5.3.bld_02 or later
introduced a bug with HMP and that we need HMP 2.3.2 or later.

This is fixed in S11.3. OKM 3.0.2 is based on S11.2, you are likely
running into this bug. OKM 3.1 is based on S11.3.

Have verified on a test KMA that I was unable to start HMP on OKM 3.0.2
with ILOM v3.2.5.9.c r106182. We upgraded to OKM 3.1 and was able to start the
HMP.

Solution

Upgrading to OKM 3.1 solved this issue.
