ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:50,from arp: 51) ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:72,from arp: 73) ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:50,from arp: 51) ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:66,from arp: 67) ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:66,from arp: 67) ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:72,from arp: 73) ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:50,from arp: 51) .... These started showing up after new hardware was introduced into the Infiniband fabric and after all of the IB switches were patched in order to have them on the same firmware. The SMS Priority and Master settings were also modified on the switches. CauseThe messages indicate that there was a change in the IB fabric configuration and therefore the node needs to clean up path records in the cache. The issue is investigated:
SolutionThis is an informative (and possibly persistent) message which does not affect functionality or performance. It can safely be ignored. There is no work-around at the moment other than to ignore the messages.
