Cause
Drive over-temperature.
Solution
1) Power-cycle the unit and retry the operation.
2) Update library and drive firmware to the latest revision.
3) Check ambient temperature to ensure that it is within operating specifications.
4) Verify that the ambient temperature is within the 10 C to 35 C Operating Temperature Range limits.
5) Check all fans to determine whether they are working properly.
