Symptoms

M10 XCP firmware does not treat a specific PSU failure as a fault. The system may lose PSU redundancy, if redundancy is lost and if there is another power event on the remaining PSU(s) the host will come down unexpectedly.

Cause

This is a bug in XCP2250, XCP2260, and XCP2271.

Solution

Please upgrade to XCP2280 or above.
