Symptoms
RTDBs inconsistent after upgrade.
Cause
na
Solution
Actions completed :
- Perform PDB and RTDB backup on STP2 ACTIVE site.
- Initiate and complete the R16.1 upgrade for STP1. EPAP A and B servers successfully upgraded.
- Transfer backups from STP2 ACTIVE to STP1 STANDBY.
- Restore PDB from backup and Reload RTDB on STP1 from STP2.
- Verify PDB and RTDB is coherent on both EPAP A and EPAP B for STP1 site.
- Perform remote connection configuration for the sites and switchover PDB successful.
- Manual provisioning on ACTIVE Site successful.
