Symptoms

SBC Administrators may receive a Fan status change alarm as a value of initial(1) from snmp trap, or may notice Fan status is in initial status(1) by SNMP get.

In this scenario, snmpwalk on fan status shows as below:

>>!snmpwalk enterprise.1.3.6.1.4.1.9148.3.3.1.4.1.1.5
Walking OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9148.3.3.1.4.1.1.5 from host=enterprise,
version=v2c, timeout=3 seconds:
1 => 1
2 => 1
3 => 1
4 => 1

There is no related alarm in the display-alarms output.

All outputs of below commands look fine.

show health
show power
show voltage
show temp
show fans

The fan itself works fine.
