Symptoms

After an ILOM firmware upgrade, the ILOM BUI closes the session within one minute of login, despite user activity.

Hardware components are not viewable.

The problem remains despite rebooting the ILOM.

 

Changes

 

Cause

Web browser cache issue due to a cached copy of the pages from the BUI version previous to the update.

 

Solution

Clear the browser cache.
