Applies to:

Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The minute field in the Data Export GUI page, reverts back to 0, when 15,30, or 45 is entered.

Changes

Cause

When the "Upload Frequency=Fifteen Minutes" , and the "Minute" field is configured as 0,15, 30 or 45, the "Minute" field will revert back to 0, because the transfers will occur at 0, 15, 30, and 45 minutes past the hour.

Otherwise it would be displayed as 15, 30, 45, and 0, in the scheduled task screen (if minute=15), or 30, 45, 0, 15 (if minute=30), ...etc

  1. Status & Manage -> Tasks -> Scheduled Tasks
  2. Task Name: APDE Remote Server Copy
  3. Description: Automatic Periodic Data Export Remote Server Copy Task
  4. Time of Day: 0, 15, 30, 45

Solution

When selecting "Upload Frequency=Fifteen Minutes" then the starting minute should be 0.
