Symptoms
Both EPAP A and B show Active Status
Cause
Investigation show maint.err file has not been updated since 8/15/2016.
That indicates that the what ever status the maint on the A had for B was old and maint on A was probably hung. It is HIGHLY unlikely that it would go 50+ days and not update.
Solution
Killed maint process on A and B. Processes restarted. A is active and B is standby.
