Symptoms
Updates are not replicating from Active to Standby PDB.
Cause
Permissions were not successfully granted in mysql.
Seems sites failed to probably configure when mated.
Solution
Permissions were not successfully granted in mysql. Double checked everything and made some manual changes in mysql to test. Then unmated the sites and then mated the sites to prove issue was resolved.
