Symptoms
pre and post upgrade sanity check script are failing. For example:

: error: /usr/TKLC/plat/lib/tklcstdlib.sh not found.
Changes
System is upgraded or installed on PIC 10.2.
Cause
MGMT is installed on Oracle Linux and some TPD packages, that are used by the script, are no more present.
Solution
Steps will be removed from documentation. Meanwhile, these scripts must not be used.
