Symptoms

 OKM Manager GUI fails to open with error - Ordinal Not Found The ordinal 4445 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll

Changes

 Upgrade of OKM Manager GUI from previous version to version 3.1

Cause

Previous version of OKM Manager was not un-installed prior to installing new version.

OKM Manager 3.1 OpenSSL was removed from OKM Manager install, users must install OpenSSL from an OpenSSL vendor, see the following document:

Install of 3.1 over previous versions leaves incompatible OpenSSL dll files

Solution

Un-install previous version of OKM Manager and install new version.

Use the Uninstall_Oracle_Key_Manager.exe program under the Oracle Key Manager installation directory.
