In this Document
Created from <SR 3-13274592811> Applies to:Oracle Communications User Data Repository - Version UDR 10.0 and laterTekelec SymptomsOCUDR GUI Critical, Major, and Minor alarm alarm bubbles bubbles as "null".
CauseIt has been discovered that the WSSE Password used by Appworks to build alarm presentation is interrupted and cannot pull alarm data. It was found that somehow after patch application, permissions were not set properly on /var/TKLC/rundb/run/db/ directory for ComcolConfigPart and CoreAdmPart. This is preventing APPWORKS and SOAP to properly function to build alarm presentation. This defect is recorded on BUG 24621566. The following is the work around that customers can apply should the condition occur. Log into the command line of the NOAM Server that has "null" bubble alarms and validate the following directories. OCUDR-NO /var/TKLC/rundb/run/db/ Note: File permissions should be drwxrwxrwx (777).
SolutionOracle recommends the following work around to resolve the issue. Corrective Action 1) Ensure the NOAM with the issue is the standby server. If it is not, then Switch roles to make OCUDR-NO standby. NOAM server /var/TKLC/rundb/run/db/ 6) Verify Alarms bubbles are correct by entering the IP of the standby NOAM server GUI and view alarm bubbles. 7) Reapply latest patch to restore your software updates. End of Procedure
