Symptoms

It is not possible to discover new IMF links:

Message box is displaying:

The discovery process was not able to discover all elements at this time. Please apply changes and perform Synchronize again to discover the additinal elements.
Added tab is displaying AllDataReceived is equal to 0

Changes

Cause

Eagle is sending Link Data Segmented (3) trafic (wireshark filter is emp.service_type == 3).

eagleMonitor logs continously:

EagleProvisioner::isActive NodeID could not be obtained

IDB table CcmXmfLongParam contains 0 instead of 1.

Solution

Install latest xMF patch as per 2058722.1 or upgrade to OCPIC 10.2.
