Symptoms

The COMP-LINK .csv files are empty with a size of 0Kb, and they are sent every 2 hours only instead of every 30 min

Cause

The issue comes from the active MASP A

The ftptest is accepted by the standby MASP but rejected by the active MASP :

> pass:loc=1115:cmd="ftptest -a meas"

  FTP Interface Test
  Test Results: PASS
  Server IP: 10.30.120.1
  FTP Error: 0

  Diag Msg:

> pass:loc=1113:cmd="ftptest -a meas"

  FTP Interface Test
  Test Results: FAIL
  Server IP: 0.0.0.0
  FTP Error: 0
  Segment: 19000519
  Diag Msg: Server Connection Error

  FTPTEST: Command Complete

Solution

- reseat the active MASP A
- run the command : rept-ftp-meas:type=comp:enttype=link:lsn=urp1h2983s
- check that the measurements are present on the ftp server with values inside
- if it is working fine, switch the MASP activity to make the MASP A the active one and run again the above command rept-ftp-meas, and check if t works fine

Rebooting the active MASP A with init-card was enough to solve the issue.
