The Links of one particular LSN (Linkset) are bouncing

Cause

There are regular congestion and discards on the links.
Also the IPTPS (IP Transaction Per Second) seems to be too high for the links. The far end configuration has to be checked.

Solution

The issue has been resolved by increasing the IPTPS value from 200 to 400.
