To check the current MAX CAPACITY setting of the tape drive using VOP: - Select "Configure" Menu. Example: ...... F50 i03 Channel interface type: Fibre [ Fibre, Ficon, FCoE ] ...... When MAX CAPACITY is ON we do not stop writing when the drive runs out of physical space on the tape. When MAX CAPACITY is ON a full tape of data cannot be assured to fit if it is copied to another tape. SolutionData has been moved on to another cartridge.
