Symptoms

This is a 4-bot SL8500 library running on FRS_8.07.

Robot 1.3.0.1.0 is replaced for a reach not safe 'Result Code 5034 error at location 1,3,-51,2,0 (Elevator). After a successful initialization, the replacement robot is failing to find target during audit on drive at location (LRCSR) 1,3,-1,1,2

"Error from device Code: 502 - Robot can not find target"

Result code 5416 "Targeting packet received from scanner too short to contain valid data" on robot 1.3.0.1.0.

Cause

Engineer checked drive and bezel and found horizontal left side white stripe was missing on drive at location 1,3,-1,1,2.

Solution

Replaced bezel: Target Bezel T10000 Drive P/N 314457302
