Solution1. Reseat all of the PSUs. Take them out one at a time and replace them again. 2. Reboot the library. 3. Swap PSUs with working PSUs. If PSUs come to life suspect the robot. 4. If there is a new failure on these PSUs replace all PSUs with status Degraded. 5. Should the problem persist, replace the robotic module.
