However, everything was online in ZFS Storage with no errors reported what so ever.
CauseThe customer had reconfigured his network with some DNS domain name changes. But, the issue did not manifest itself until the the nodes were rebooted for other testing reasons.
SolutioniSCSI configuration:
Initiators: NAME ALIAS iqn.1991-05.com.microsoft:xxxx.xxxx.xxxxx.com <<<<<<<<<<< NEW DOMAIN! lunguid = 600144F0C8AFDD660000565CDB9A000A initiatorgroup = XXXXInitiatorGroup
This issue can be resolved by simply re-mapping the initiators to the new domain name.
