In routine isp_iurcv_buff_data_free() we attempted to free an unused IU-Data buffer.

Solution

T10000A/B/C/D - FSC 2C03 SNO - Ensure that "Single Ready Alert" is ENABLED on all T10KA/B devices. This setting will minimize 2C03 failures on T10KA/Bs. This change was introduced in 1.52.103/203 code for T10000A/B drives. Go to the VOP Fibre Tab and verify this feature is enabled at the bottom of that tab.

This feature is automatically ENABLED on all C & D devices and is not shown in VOP for these models.

This feature was introduced with 3.62.109 code for T10000C drives.

You need to be at 4.11.111 code if you are see these errors on T10000D drives. See bug 23009483.
