Symptoms
EPAP A had replication error
Cause
It was determined that the hostname was incorrect. It had recently changed from mps-8554-a to mps-8553-a. There is no indication who made the change or how the change was made.
With the incorrect hostname, mysql was not able to function correctly
Solution
Change hostname from mps-8553-a to mps-8554-a using platcfg.
