./ilom/@usr@local@bin@spshexec_show_faulty.out Daemons ready Oracle(R) Integrated Lights Out Manager Version 3.0.12.4.zd r93313 Copyright (c) 2014, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. sc> show faulty <---- Note the prompt
The "sc>" prompt tells us that the root user got the ALOM shell assigned and we can see the ILOM commands fail (ILOM prompt would be "->"). Another example: ./ilom/@usr@local@bin@spshexec_show_-d_properties_-level_all_@.out Daemons ready Oracle(R) Integrated Lights Out Manager Version 3.0.12.4.zd r93313 Copyright (c) 2014, Oracle and/or its affiliates. SolutionPlease change the root user's shell back to the ILOM shell: sc> userclimode root default
If you want to use the ALOM shell, you can add a new user i.e. "admin" and assign it the ALOM shell: sc> usershow
Username Permissions Password CLI mode root aucro Assigned default <---- "default" means ILOM shell admin aucro Assigned alom sc> To add a new user with the ALOM shell assigned please see: References<NOTE:1553399.1> - Collecting snapshot via the GUI on ILOM 3.x and later platforms<NOTE:1020204.1> - Collecting snapshot on ILOM 3.x and later platforms <NOTE:1543116.1> - How to Configure the ILOM for ALOM Compatibility Shell on T5120/T5220/T5140/T5240/T5440/T6320/T6340/Netra T5220/Netra T5440/Netra T6340 Attachments This solution has no attachment |
