Cause

Cause of issue is that there is no IP assigned to STC card by IMF

IPs are assigned to yellow and blue networks by IMF through the DHCP daemon.
In output of rept-stat-card; it could be seen that there is no IP assigned.

Solution

In order to solve the issue; restart the dhcpd daemon on IMF end
