Snapshot shows PDU_A (AC1) went to error state.

Action plan:

Request to check AC1 3 phase power line sources. If power source is OK. Replace PDU_A (AC1)
Make sure PUE is powered up and properly functioning.
Replace HBT if PUE is not a source of the problem.
