Symptoms

The card 2208 is having Ethernet errors :

Cause

This is a configuration problem at the IP layer

The card 2208 is not configured like the other good one in 4313 slot.
It should not be configured with AUTO=YES. It has to be configured with AUTO=NO, Duplex=Full, Speed=100

2208 A 172.30.48.10 255.255.255.0 ---- --- DIX YES NO

Good configuration :

LOC PORT IPADDR SUBMASK DUPLEX SPEED MACTYPE AUTO MCAST
4313 A 172.30.104.130 255.255.255.248 FULL 100 DIX NO NO

Solution

To reconfigure the card :

- inh-card:loc=2208
- chg-ip-lnk:loc=2208:port=a:auto=no:duplex=full:speed=100
- alw-card:loc=2208
