CauseA tool was introduced in Solaris 11.3.10.5.0 (above) to checks if the oracle hardware has the recommended revision of the ILOM and System Firmware. The tool runs at Solaris start-up and verifies that the version of ILOM or System firmware is at recommended level. This message may appear after a firmware update and does not mean that there is any hardware issue with the platform.

Bug 24348966 has been submitted to remove this feature, this has currently been incorporated in unreleased version of Solaris 11.3 SRU 11
