Symptoms

In MGMT 10.2 (NSP), while trying to delete the session, the system shows:

System error: Please contact your System Administrator

application.log contains:

Changes

Cause

It is due to KPI still being used by at least one dashboard.

Solution

Login to MGMT GUI
Go in dashboard application
Find all dashboard that are still using the KPI and delete them
Finally, delete KPI session in NSP CCM
