Symptoms
Automatic RTDB backup is failing to execute
Cause
No EPAP in STANDBY status
Automatic RTDB backup only executed on Standby EPAP
Solution
1) Manually kill these processes
process maint is running.
process prov is running.
process provRcvr is running.
process provRMTP is running.
process rtdb is running.
process topnode is running.
process eirlog is running.
process eaglelog is running.
process epapsmdbmntr is running.
2) perform "init 3"
3)Wait about 4 minutes. Then perform "init 4"
