This FSC3100 was placed in firmware level 8.31.

Symptoms

DOOR_INTERLOCK_BATTERY_LOW displays in warning of Log Snapshot.

FSC 3100

Cause

Battery is defective on the HBN card.

3100 0 DOOR_INTERLOCK_BATTERY_LOW warn Door interlock battery needs service

Solution

FSC 3100 Door interlock battery needs service alert received from SDP2.

The battery cannot be replaced and requires the HBN card to be replaced.. As this is a disruptive replacement you'll have to scheduled a maintenance window with the customer.
