CauseThere is a hardware issue on the slot 2301. Swapping 2 cards : 2301 with 2113 showed that the issue remained on the slot 2301 and did not follow the card. SolutionThe IMT issue on the bus A for the card 2301 has been solved by replacing the HIPR (High speed IMT Packet Router) card in slot 2309. The HIPR card is acting like a switch. it may have an issue for one particular port with the connected card. Running the commands "inh-bus:bus=a and tst-imt:bus=a" in a maintenance window is also way to identify the faulty card. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
