Cause

NFS mount point access errors or OS resource access errors.

 

ssexhd function handles Unix-specific EXception HanDler, in this case exception encountered in ssexhd due to oracle unable to access system datafiles

 

Solution

Please verify OS message logs and involve (client) OS admin to resolve OS related issues.
