One or Both EPAP showing Isolated in rept-stat-mps command output in EAGLE STP.

Cause

We are hitting BUG 19115936 as per which E5-APP-B STP reports EPAP as Isolated but server is Up and running

Solution

Since we are hitting BUG 19115936 [https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=19115936] where E5-APP-B STP reports EPAP as isolated, but server is Up and running
Checking on both EPAP Servers and find all processes were running fine, with all provisioning updates to each other and DSM Cards
This is a known issue to us as per which even when EPAP Servers are running well , EAGLE will display EPAP as Isolated and we had to stop the EPAP software on both the EPAP Server and start it one by one on both EPAP Servers to clear the issue.
