Symptoms
Running pdb restore takes more than 3 hours
Cause
The restore is hung due to a bug in EPAP 15 in which restore hangs waiting for a response as to whether to restore to both sites.
BugDB: 19331057 - Fixed in EPAP R16.1
Solution
Helped customer kill the restore processes and clean up manageBannerInfo
