SymptomsBackup is failing with message ANR8844E (ERROR CODE=2528) CauseNo found message error in SL150 Sevice Log. Only the firmware of the drives and library in down level. The customer made the firmware upgrade and the error persisted. In Service log is not showing error during mounts. See image below: In log_drive02_tape.1 we can see that the server is not allocated the data_path. See the picture below:
SolutionDelete and redefine the paths on Tivoli Storage Manager. Once completed, perform backup / restore testing.
