Symptoms


The following warnings are observed in /var/adm/messages:


Jun 7 02:55:30 xxx fcsm: [ID 517869 kern.warning] WARNING: fcsm: _init: Please upgrade this module. Current version 0x2 is not the most recent version
Jun 7 02:55:35 xxx fctl: [ID 352867 kern.warning] WARNING: fctl: ULP FCSM version mismatch; please upgrade FCSM


 


Cause


The currently installed fcsm patch is not the latest.


The latest is 114476-10

 


Solution


Install patch 114476-10


Reboot the system
