Seeing multiple cleaning warnings. I do not see any cleaning tapes in the L24.
Symptoms
Observed I/O related issues for Drive-2. Reconfigured the devices on Media server , However again observed the I/O related errors for Drive-2.

Cause
Defective drive.
Solution
- Clean drive with known good cleaning tape.
- Run LTT diagnostics to drive with good cartridge.
- If drive fails diagnostics, replace the drive.
Drive replacement solved the problem.
