Symptoms

In SLConsole Flag red in "Service Request".
The SL500 is not finishing the initialization.

In the Logs is showing Door Opened with FSC 5051.

Library Conditions:

2016-05-30 12:48:32 Service Beacon is BLINKING: Current Health Event indicates the Library is degraded
2016-05-27 11:44:12 Asynchronous event for reach: Door Opened
2016-05-27 11:44:10 Asynchronous shutdown request for z
2016-05-20 13:24:17 Asynchronous event for reach: Door Opened
2016-05-20 13:24:16 Asynchronous shutdown request for z

Defective cable.

Replaced Door Switch Cable (PN 419657001).
